Becoming a Client
Fees

Our approach to fees reflects the long-term relationship that we expect to have with our clients and where possible we avoid charging our clients initial fees. We charge our clients an ongoing fee to cover the servicing of their investments and advice over time. We can arrange for this to be taken from assets held on the platform. We provide a detailed costs breakdown to all interested parties prior to you becoming a client.

Account set up

We initially to go through a detailed fact find process that includes gathering information about your personal situation, your financial aspirations and your attitude to risk. Following this we design a financial solution for you that represents a solid foundation for the achievement of your goals.​

New Clients

Westbury does not advertise, nor do we actively seek new clients. Our client base has evolved over many years, either by personal recommendation or from active membership of a group pension scheme that we have administered. 

Although we would "never say never" to a new client, it is of paramount importance to us that we do not reduce the time that we spend on our existing clients by taking on too much new work.
